Those who want to organize the next FIMH meeting, please send a short (1-page) proposal to the current organizing committee.
Proposals should address:
- tentative date / location,
- if applicable, the special focus of the meeting,
- estimated conference fee (student / others) that includes daily food / beverages, conference diner, proceedings,
- estimated costs of accommodation per night.
These short proposals are published on the web site of the upcoming meeting.
On the first day of the upcoming meeting, the proposers present their bid book in a general session for all attendees; subsequently, attendees can vote for their preferred next organizer during a short session on the second conference day.
The last 30 minutes of the meeting are used to wrap up on the past meeting and to announce the next organizer.
